Classroom Teacher
At Dynamic Minds Academy , we hire classroom teachers with a passion for providing a safe, nurturing environment for our students. Teachers are required to have at least a bachelors degree and a current teaching license is recommended. Our staff can help you explore pathways to licensure with the State of Indiana.
Instructional Assistant
Instructional assistants at Dynamic Minds Academy provide academic and behavioral support to our students in a unique, therapeutic environment. An associate's degree or paraprofessional license is required to ben an instructional assistant for DMA.
Therapeutic Support
Our therapy partner, The Hope Source, holds training classes every three weeks for registered behavior technicians. RBTs provide 1:1 ABA therapy to our students throughout their day.
