Katie is currently serving as the Director of Response to Intervention and Special Services at a local private school. She has 18 years of experience in special education, including ABA therapy. With her background in education, she brings experience in analyzing school performance data and an understanding of best practices within educational leadership.

Blair Dawson, Board Member

Blair Dawson is currently a special education resource teacher in Franklin Township. She has been teaching for 19 years. Although she is a resource teacher now, most of her teaching experience has been working with students that have moderate/severe disabilities, and in all levels of the autism spectrum. Blair looks forward to bringing her experiences as an educator to support DMA.

Erin Fields is currently a Waiver Case Manager and Multisystemic Therapy (MST) provider. Erin also brings the personal perspective of being a mother to a son on the autism spectrum. This combined experience informs her commitment to family-centered, strengths-based, and ethical services that support meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Tiffany Pulkowski, Board Member

Tiffany brings almost 20 years of experience working with individuals with all levels of the autism spectrum as well as other moderate/severe disabilities. Tiffany also has a personal connection to our mission as her son is on the autism spectrum, and she knows the struggle of finding educational services that met his needs. With both professional and personal experience, she is dedicated to encouraging inclusive services that build partnerships not just with the individuals being supported but also their families and communities.
